Make today a day you focus on shortcuts. Commit to doing everything the way it should be done. Do it for someone else if not for yourself. The best safety instructors in the workplace are our peers. Employees look to each other to see what the “real” policy is. I remember years ago driving on a company road to a job site. The speed limit was posted at 45 mph yet everyone was driving at 55mph. I learned the “real” speed limit by the others on the road.
